That’s right it's my national day today, and as I saw on the telly last night it is the one day of the year when we Aussie's can say
“I’m an Aussie, get stuffed!”
ROFLMAO!! I just loved that!!
So this evening we’re off to a barbeque at Kerry and Craig’s before we watch the fireworks from down on the river. I’ve gotta make my potato salad to take and then we’re set to go.
The cricket’s started and both tellies in the house have that on so I can keep track of it as I potter around. That’s pretty much how my day is going to go until later this afternoon.
It doesn’t matter if you’re an Aussie or not, but your mission for today is to grab a cold beer, put your feet up, say ‘she’ll be right mate’, and drink that beer with a smile in your heart thinking about this beautiful brown land of ours!

I hope you did have a nice Jan 26th I certainly had a lovely day and the fireworks last night were fabulous.
